Leather Coral
Just got a new Leather Coral and need to know a little about it. What kind of water motion does it require and does it require feeding. I have a GOB that is doing very well right now and would like to continue my success with the Leather.

I have two Leather corals. They seem to be thriving under moderate lighting and medium currents. I feed MicroVert twice per week.

Leathers generally like a lot of current, especially if it is the type that waxes over. These types of leathers IMO get really cranky when they don't have enough current. Also, make sure you keep iodine in the water because leathers are very prone to infection without it.
