I got two Clarkii clownfish(mated pair) and a carpet anemome. I was wondering if i got rid of the anemone would they be ok?The reason why i want to get rid of the anemone is because it is huge 10 in maybe more,I was suprised how fast it grew under just norml output lighting.I thought about setting up a tank just for them but it would cost me a nice chunk of change to do that.

That would be fine. In the wild, clownfish use anemones as a means of retreat from predators and such. If the mated pair of Clarki'is are either wild caught or tank raised, they will be fine either way. However, you might think of getting a bubble-tip anemone. My clarki'i has taken into one and is fun to watch him snuggle in it. The bubble tips do not grow as big as the carpets.
