Hello Everyone,
I was wondering...Is anyone using the new Sony DSC F707 Digital camera to photograph their tank? It's the new 5 megapixel digital camera! It's only limitations seem to be memory stick and manueverability toughness. thank you, Rob

If you are looking for info on the camera check out:
http://dcresource.com/reviews/sony/d...iew/index.html http://www.steves-digicams.com/2001_reviews/f707.html http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/F707/F7A.HTM http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/sonydscf707/ Look into the Dimage 7 too. The olympus E10 is also being replaced by the E20, so you can get these cheaper too. |

You will probably get more responses if I move this to either the General Discussions forum or the Reef forum. I think I'll move it to the Reef forum for you.

I use the F505v for all my photographing. Business and personal. The 707 doesn't have enough differences for me to justify buying it when I still have a 505 which works great.

Hi JustPhish,
Thanks for the info...That's something I am also considering (not buying the newest camera but a newer one). I recently sold my Sony Mavica FD-85 and decided it was time to look for something new. Thanks for the input and info, Looks like I may go into local camera shop and get some hands on feel for the cameras before I buy any. Thx. Rob
