orange ricordia

are the needs of orange ricordia the same as any other, or does the price coincide with difficulty? also how often will ricordia reproduce in aquaria? are they easy to propagate?

i beleive it needs more intense lighting.price=demand.

they are slow to reproduce in aquaria...orange ones probly even more so .

i acctually have the orange ricordia's and you cant kill they they grow so fast... almost like star poloyps..

naser,are you sure its orange ricordia???if its multiplying like you say ,you can make a killing on frags of that stuff............since you have such a reproductive starin,,,why dont you send some my way

the ones that dont reproduce in my tank that often are the florida ricordia's.. you know the pink ones.. the orange ones split and split and split......... i gave two to newreef man and have been since kalking those things.

maybe not sure.. i know there orange though... i know more about my pink ones then the orange.. pinks were expensive.. but it seems that the orange ones grow well in any light.
