i got mangroves

i got some mangroves
and right now they r in my sump and are floating so that the tops are not submerged, the roots are just dangling
does this matter, will they need to touch the sand?

No they dont need to touch the sand...They will grow to reach the sand. Where did you get them Venaman? Got some pics?

i wish i had pics. .
its a reaeeaaaaal small one
like 8 inches long and sprouts of mangrove leaves are just coming out

i got it from a place called oakville reef gallery
canuck reef informed me of it
i went and i spotted it, it was the last one and it was mine.

I buried my Roots in the top layer of the sand. They look sweet.
