Beautiful photos!

How did you get such crisp, clear shots? I have a high-end digital camera (Nikon CoolPix 990,) but I cannot get shots as clear, since the shutter speeds are so slow without the flash.

Excellent work! Nice tank and fish as well.

Boy you dropped some big bucks on that Canon with that lense didn't you!? The camera alone on e-bay was bringing $1400+! And I thought I wanted one.

Northman_with_reef cheers m8 makes me very proud to have an award

The tank has been running now for about 2 years. Some of the stock was moved over from another tank the same size, but the wife was bending my ear so now there's only one

Northman_with_reef, I have about 20ish fish

2 Regal Tangs
5 Anthias
4 Green Chromis
2 Electric Blue Damsels
1 Yellow eyed tang
1 Emporer Tang
1 blue Cheek Goby
1 Royal Gamma
2 Common clowns
2 unknown clowns
I midas Blennie had him 7 years +
2 Fire Fish

I don't add any additives

Paramaters when I can be bothered to test them are all 0 Calcium is running at 430 Alk 10. I must admit I have become a bit lazy with water tests recently and rely on the tank to tell me anything is wrong.

First, let me say that your tank and pictures are beautiful!!!

I'm curious about the Anthias. How long have you had them and what/how often are you feeding them?

I thought that Anthias were tough to keep because they need to eat so often.

Thanks for sharing your pictures and information...

Hammerhead, I have 5 Anithias 1 male and 4 female's. I've had them for about 18 months, I did loose 1 of the smaller ones sometime back. I feed them twice a day when I'm home, once in the morning and then again in the evening.

When I'm working away from home I'm sure the wife doesn't bother with the morning feed so I try and not stay away for too long , she even forgets to feed the dog sometimes.
