Hello again. I have seen this on a couple of forums and I don't know which you will return to, so I will copy my reply here as well.
My wife and I are in Lenexa Kansas (Kansas City area). There are a lot of great aquarists in the area and we meet on a regular basis. We don't have a formal club, but we meet regularly for BBQ's, order pools, and provide assistance to each other when it is needed. When we have get-togethers, we often have people drive in from Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, and even Texas. Where in Kansas are you located? If you have any other questions feel free to email me or send me a private message. Andrew

For the group that sometimes meets in the Kansas City area, check out the Saltwater Forum. A lot of the people that post on there are from the KC area: http://w3page.com/fishline/forum/ikonboard.cgi
As for Wichita, there are three saltwater LFS: The Cove 1631 S. Hillside (just south of George Washington Blvd) Sea Dreams At Pawnee and Hillside (about a mile south of The Cove) Fins & Feathers 601 N. West (Central and West) The Cove has a little bit of stuff, Sea Dreams has the most/best selection, and I haven't been to Fins & Feathers. Haven't found any reef clubs in Wichita, haven't even found any freshwater clubs for that matter. Guess we're a little behind the times. Denise Two |

I'm in Wichita and the only club which isn't really a club is fishheads.com forums. Most of the members are kansans. As far as LFS I would have to say the best is The Aquarium in Old Town.
Hope to get some frag started in Wichita as soon as I learn enough about it. |
