Post Live rock

I will be ordering my live rock from jason at PA this weekend and have a few questions before I receive it.
1. How much do I need? I have a 55 gallon tank and would like alot of swimming space for a yellow tang.

2. I am airfreighting it in and cannot go to the airport to pick it up right away. Will it be fine for say, an extra hour or 2?

3. Should I hyposaline dip it or other percautions for mantis, crabs etc.?

Thanks in advance
Andrew

Chromis,

I have ordered all my LR exclusively from PA(300lbs+). Never had any problem w/ any of the stuff. I generally "dip" the rock in saltwater primarily to get any paper that still sticks to it. Never had any Mantis Shrimp. The LR is always prime. HTH

Thanx Aragorn, Im thinkin Ill need like 80 pounds but I'm worried about it crowding the tank. Do you know how dense it was? Whatever amount I get I will fill the rest of the air cargo limit with crud for my refugium.

I would not do a hyposaline dip as a precaution against mantis shrimp or nasty crabs; however, I think a brief hypersaline dip might be beneficial.
