Anthelia Polyps
Hi All,
This may sound like an odd question..but: For those of you who have, or have had, anthelia polys have yours smelled bad? Like rotten bad, but they did not look dead at all, or were dead. I was doing a little pruning of these because they grow like rabbits in my tank and I got a whiff of one of the ...PEEEEWWW!! I am wondering if this is the way they smell, or if I have a problem on my hands? My Phospahte, Nitrate, and Ammonia levels are all OK. Oh and just as an aside, is there any way to keep these under control besides weekly prunings? Thanks, CaptK |

yeah they STINK
why dont you frag the "cuttings" and turn them into yourelfs for credit. ive got 6 anthelia frags that will be ready to go to the store next weekend. just "peel " up a section, and crazy glue it to a rock.in a couple weeks it will be attached all the way around on its own. |
