should i have even bought this fish?i went to lfs today with money in my pocket(first mistake)and couldnt resist this guy ,he has so much personality and is just plump and beautiful.he's about four inches long (much larger than my other 2 fish)and seemed to immediately assert his dominance over my mandarin of all people ...err i mean fish...
any way he pecked at the mandarin once that i saw but he didnt seem to do any damage as the mandarin did not flinch and i saw the mandarin swim right at him a few times afterwards and was ignored(thank god )now im just worried about my blennie (who hid most of the time watching from his favorite hole)how aggressive are these guys any info shared will be greatly appreciated |

that would be better, I really don't know how large the tank should be, I have just heard from alot of ppl that say that these tangs in particular need the bigger tanks
I do think though that naso tangs are maybe the most beautiful of all tangs ------------------ Mikeman Heros are like muffins when things get hot, they rise to the top. |

i think a 110 would be a nice size for that tang. the naso tangs are out of all the tangs usualy the nost frendly and calm i dont think you are going to have any problem with him pick at your other fish they are truly in my opinion the frendlist tangs you can get and the blond naso are so nice looking also the closest fish that i can compair it to when it comes to personality is the fox face, him and the naso tangs are usualy on the other side of agresion their usualy the ones geting herased.... but like people time will tell

The naso I had outsized all the other fish in my tank by about a 3:1 ratio. He never bothered anyone, even during feeding. I'll wind up getting another one in the near future because of their beauty and disposition. (I had him in a 150G FO)
