foxface with hair stuck in his mouth

Hi,
I just got a foxface and he has a hair sticking out of his mouth. Must be one of mine that fell in. Should I try to catch him and pull it out or leave it alone?

If he can be easily caught, go for it. But if you have to chase him around the tank for 10 minutes, I think he'd be better off trying to deal with the hair himself.
