Gleu for pVC

What is the best (safest) glue that I can use to glue PVC.

This PVC will be submerged in the tank.

I use vinegaer based silicon on PVC, both intank and out side...
Works great!

The 2 part stuff that plumbers use will work just fine. Its really a welding process that occours with this stuff. There really isn't anything left of the "glue" after it dries, and the plastic ends up welded together...........Mike
