Bubble Algae

I've got a huge growth of bubble algae in my tank. It's the light green kind that are about an inch to an inch and a half long and about 1/4 inch in diameter. I've got a refugium, but it doesnt seem to help much. I put an mithrax crab about 3 weeks ago, but it hasn't put a dent in it. Anything else I can do? I'm tired of pulling this stuff out. Thanks.
