suprise on a recent night reef walk

i caught this cray one evening recently on a reef walk on low tide i was walking in only a couple off feet off water admiring large amounts off stony corals to be pleasantly suprised to walk into a painted cray being a regular cray eater i tucked him in my shirt and made a b line for home with my bucket full off goodies i was suprised when i got home to find my wife cooking chicken and mouthing off about how chicken and cray dont mix so i figured id sit him in my refugium for overnight to chill out and we have him for lunch . well we went out for the weekend and had him 3 days later he was still very feisty and put up a fair to moderate fight on retreivel .

dinner served

This tussle only lasted one punch the mantis splits them with ease and then he hugs up in a ball and eats every single bit till there nothing left
