Cob web looking things

in bettwen some of my LR i see what looks like cob webs, any ideas what this can be.
I hope its not bad. .

from what ive seen its just a type of tube worm. the web seems to trap food.

I've seen them too.Do they look sort of like balls of cotton?.Dont know what they are though, But they dont worry me too much. I figure if its living in there it couldn't bee too bad.....Mike
