How to install/uninstall waterproof end caps?

Hello,

I just got some German 3-piece water-proof end caps for fluorescent lights from PA.



There are no instructions with them.



Are the wires supposed to go to the bottom of the end cap, the two side compartments? If that's the case, and I'd like to test it first, how do I pull the wires out? (so it wouldn't break anything or loosen the contact)

There should be a slot where you can fit a jewler's screwdriver and move the copper spring to the side. Then the wire should lift right out.
