Light for Refugium - LOA Model 9266?

Everyone seems to recommend the LOA Model 9266 for my in sump refugium, however went to Menards to buy and noticed its meant to be hardwired and doesnt have an electrical 'plug in' cord.

Is there a different better option? Can I just use one of those 20W shop lights or maybe something with a plant grolux bulb.

What about a single or twin tube tank fixture (such as a 20" All Glass - that should be around 40w)

What are my work arounds here - I dont want to do any wiring, I just want to plug it in and go.
