Post Ah

Hey Everyone,
I've been browsing tons of old threads and came upon a water top off system a couple times....This idea seems very useful but I don't seem to get how it would work with an RO unit..
Sorry for my ignorance
Thanks alot!

Here is a picture of a Kent Float valve this picture also includes a solenoid but it is better to NOT use a solenoid on your RO unit just use like a big jug that holds fresh RO water and just hook a line and your float valve up to the jug and it will automatically keep your water level as long as you keep that jug full. HTH

thats exactly how i maintain my water level,i have a ten gallon tank hooked to a kent float valve in the return pump chamber of my sump.
my water level/salinity are perfectly stable,as long as i fill the tank every 3-4 days or so.im very happy with this setup.
