kalk drip, where to drill the hole
Quick question... I'm going to start dripping kalk so I need to make a drip bucket. My question is, how far up from the bottom of the bucket should I drill the whole? I'm using flex-line tubing from there and a drip valve attached to end of that. I was thinking of drilling it about 2-3 inches up. The bucket I am using isn't very big.... it's a 1 gallon kent marine bucket. Thanks a million!

I put mine about 2 1/2" from the bottom, this seems to keep it from sucking out the sediment and works well. I waste a bit of water each time, and it could be lower, but I've had times were it has sucked in chunks and gotten clogged.

I went the IV drip bag route... has the bag, the hoses, the drip regulator... really simple.
