Washington State Reefers, where do you get your LIVE ROCK?
I'm setting up a new tank at the moment and wondering if there are decent places locally, I mean within the state that have great quality, with decent prices.
I've gone to Aquarium Concepts on Hwy 99, and they have nice fiji but its a bit more than I thought. If there isnt' really a great place, I'll just order online (ffexpress, exoticfish, premiumaquatics, etc). By the way, that new place in University area called "Below Sea Level" is looking quite nice. I haven't checked out rock prices yet, though. They are just about to stock their main display tank. Thanks again, Ilham ![]() |

I've bought mine from Aquarium Concepts. It was good quality, and what was real nice is it was precured. No cycle at all after introduction, and it was pretty clean and covered in corraline.
MtDewMan told me about a place in Issaquah or Bellevue that sounds rather nice, they sell SPS frags, so maybe they also sell LR. I forgot the names, but you could call around to any shops in those areas and see what they have. |
