Powerhead chewing up and spitting out
I just set-up my refugium last week and i have been wondering,if my water flows into my sump from my refugium and its returned to my main tank by the way of a rio 2500 how do the pods stay alive through the pump?Are they to small for the fan to hurt them(things that make you go hum)?

Yes...the powerhead will kill copepods. If you have your refugeim for the main purpose of raising copepods for your main tank, then you should switch the return to a gravity fed return. Such as putting the 'fuge ABOVE the main tank, pumping into it, then letting the water return to the main tank by gravity.
