I noticed the other night a strange white zig zagging circular ring on the back glass.I left it alone and the next day when the lights came on I saw two more of these odd looking zig zags on the front glass, there was a snail that was creating them.I have attached a couple of pics of them.Up close they almost look like they could be a trail of eggs but I am not sure as I have never seen snails reproduce.Maybe it is,mabye not.Can anyone help identify it.Please excuse that way the way the tank looks.I have been fighting a cyano bloomfor a coule of weeks now.
Thanks, Roger

Hey Roger! Those are definately snail eggs and you are on your way to more little snails providing the fish, etc don't eat them. I had some of those and my yellow damsel which I have no more devoured them! Johnny

Providing that they survive being eaten,Do you know how long it takes for them to hatch and so on and so on. I had to start over from scratch about a year ago with the tank,we were out of town and when we got back I lost everything so it has been a slow go this time as the funds aren't there like they were years ago.Anyone got any frags to sell or trade(softies or stonies)Idont have a whole lot anymore and am trying to get it built back up.
Thanks, Rog. ![]()
