Cool Who are you? (Part Two)

This is a continuation of the original "Who are you?" thread that was started in July 2000. The original thread got too large for the server so we had to start this new one. Anyone who posted in the original thread who would like to post again in this thread, go right ahead.

Please go here to read the replies in the first thread: Who are you?

Thanks,

Ninong

Name's Ilham, 19 yrs. old. Love the hobby. Father had an 80 gallon acrylic FO, now with freshwater. I'm starting a 25 gallon reef/fish tank. At the moment, 2 Clarkiis, and 1 watchman goby. Water is milky from the sand that I added last night. I also collect old U.S. coins.

I have a question. Is it true that blue legged hermits eat snails? I went to ffexpress, and that's what they say. Thanks.

Ilham

Hi Elmo18 ~

It is true that the blue legged hermits are the most agressive of the hermit crabs; the Scarlet Reef hermits are the least aggressive. Some people have reported blue legged hermits attacking their snails.

I have seen my Left handed (aka black n white) hermit kill my nassarius snail, I guess they do it for food cause there's no way they could fit a those tiny nassie shells

Well, I thought I'd reply before Hugh could. I was reading part one, and noticed that everyone was asking where the ladies are. I'm here! My name is Jessica, Hugh's fiance. I just let him ask the questions cause I already know it all....
I'm 22, originally from Ohio, but moved down here to Charleston, SC almost 2 years ago. I've had small freshwater fish tanks most of my life, but got into saltwater over a year ago when Hugh bought me a 55 gallon tank for my birthday (which he now considers HIS tank).

Hugh is 24, soon to be 25. He works for a real estate/ vacation rental company.
