Hitchhiker problem??

I had two sally lightfoots and one vanished, then my cleaner vanished. I also seemed to be losing my red scarlets- I had about 25 now I really have to look close to find 5.
Last night the other sally lost a leg and there should be no reason for this to happen. This all happened in span of about eight weeks. I've been checking the tank at night after lights out and never see anything out of place
Any thoughts on what I should do??

Did you ever find anything that was killing your critters?

Not yet. The good news is that my cleaner reappeared and looks good. The other night I saw one of my peppermints which is 4 times the size it was the last time I saw it.
Maybe things are right in the tank and I got a bad batch of hermits or they are real good at keeping out of sight.
