Really tough decision....
well i make my weekly trip to the lfs for water.....anyways....to make a long story short, they have had these 3 dwarf angels for a week(all coral beauty's) and all of them are very healthy(pick at the sand, follow their reflections on the glass, all swim fine, no ich..no tears in the fins)....anyways even though i was saving up to move my tank, i'd personally rather get one of these guys
![]() the biggest concern is.....will they pick at corals... is it worth the risk? |

Well. I have a large coral beauty who is as good as gold in my 55 gal reef. From what I understand, most are OK in a reef, better than the flame. But of course every once in awhile you get a CB that likes to nibble corals. I think I'd go for it if I were you. The fish you have in mind sounds healthy and I think the odds are in your favor.

I took the chance with one, and have had no problems so far. I love his colors and his personality.
Good Luck

well i got him, the prettiest one, and the one who almost jumped out of the water for food....
im acclimating him now, maybe i'll try my first attempt with my sisters digital camera, but i wouldn't count on it, im praying as we speak that he wont go after my corals ![]() |

well, i couldn't resist turning on the lights, since he isn't going to get chased by anybody, he's really active, and he's picking at the rocks, he has looked mighty close at my shrooms, but hasn't taken a bite.
I'm so happy! |

I couldn't believe it when my daughter kept saying "daddy, daddy the coral beauty has a red tongue and he's licking the rock" sure enough I went to look and i saw it for my self. He's soo kool Enjoy the new fish Mark |

their nice.. I've always wanted one my self, But i have to take it slow with fish for now...
![]() If you will starve Your CB he will eat Corals.. Thats all there is to it!!! My LFS have been keeping them for 10Yr+ in reefs, and never had a problem with nibbling, but if they dont feed him for a week he'll start nibbling at Zoanthids. -Thomas |

its doing awesome so far....only problem is.. it moves to fast for pictures
hasn't nibbled on any corals yet, so im guessing my luck will hold out.... i've got a perminent nori/brocli clip for him. I'd suggest one for any tank, one of the prettiest fish I've ever seen. |
