Ok, my turn. I don't remember if I posted it already, but here I go:

Real name: Joaquin
Age: 31
Occupation: VP at a German exporting company, Buenos Aires branch (Argentina, that's south of Brazil). COO South American branches.

Secondary occupations:
a) For about over a year now, crash test dummy for Kevlar vests (someone should be really paying me extra for this!)
b) avoiding evil and insane mother-in-law

If I would have to choose, I would rather do the Kevlar test thing than having to deal with my mother-in-law

Tanks:
200 gallon reef (softies and a few LPS)
90 gallon seahorse tank (cube: 28 inch per side)
75 gallon propagation tank

In a year, when I move: 500+ gallon SPS and clam tank (it's already in the blue-prints )

This is a pic of my daughter Barbara and myself, about a year ago.

Joaco

Hey Mark!!! how are you?
I'm back to pop in on a regular basis. At least that's my intention. I was absent for a longer time, among other things (yep, the security issue) because they installed a firewall at the office, and for some reason I couldn't access the board (during the day, from the office). And I can't post from home, because my wife is expecting another baby in July, and I can't sit at the 'puter, daddy has to help at home, and my daughter Barbie is already 15 months old and runs across the house looking for trouble till she goes to sleep

Yes, my intention is to start posting during the day from the office again, now that I had that firewall thingy fixed

I was gone for a while taking the bar exam, then moved to Seattle to find a lawyer job. I did take a year and moved to Key West Florida, fishing and diving every day (no computer). But I had to grow up, so I moved to Seattle. Been working in this firm for 6 months now. Now I got a good job and I'm getting back into my tank. I had a hard time doing all this when I was on school loans. Hard to justify the money I spent on my system, but I did it and all my fish have been alive for 4 years now.

Now I got money though... And I'm looking at getting a couple MH bulbs or something for my 55. Just trying to figure out all this new stuff. Back then I wanted these experimental/rare 150HQI bulbs. They were too expensive, but it looks like Lampsnow has some good cheap setups. I would assume electric ballasts are the way to go, they have some ARO ones...hmm. Icecap? I gotta do some more research. Good to see you all.
