Heater covered in coraline
Hi All,
My heater has become almost completely covered in coraline algae. With the winter months coming upon us I would like to get this coraline removed. I would rather not do any scraping on the heater to avoid breaking it. Would it be harmful to dip the heater in a solution to remove the coraline? I think it is vinegar and water, but not sure how much of each or if this would damage it? Thanks CaptK |

Soaking the bulb in vinager won't hurt it. I use prue vinager to clean up calcium carbonate without any damage.
