Cage for my clam
Barry, I wrote you about my fish picking on my clam and all advice was to either get rid of the fish or the clam or get something to put around it. Well, I e-mailed Marinedepot and they didn't have a clue about what I was talking about and I haven't been able to find the plastic bubble like thing and don't know the name of it to put around my clam. Anyway, I had some plastic crate and I made a 3 sided sort of cage and put it on top of the clam so that I could still see it in front of the tank. It doesn't look great, but has worked. The fish can't get to it. I took it off the other day to clean it and the fish immediately went to pick on it. If you could tell me where and the name to purchase the clear plastic things that are made just for this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks Sendie

Sendie,
I really can remember what site I saw it on but I know they are out there. I will try to find it. My concern is that placing a cage around him you might be resticking the light need. JMO. Barry |

I am concerned about the light too. The cage is plastic squares. The clam is doing great right now, but you have a point about the light. If you can find a place for me to order the other, I would really appreciate it. Thanks Sendie

See what I can find. Maybe someone else can help us out as well.
