Question little white spot ...significant or not

Howdy again. I noticed on my percula clown that it has a raised tiny white spot on one of its front fins (by the gill). No other blemishes or markings. Is this significant or not really? He is very active.

thanks

It could be nothing, BUT I would definately soak some of your food in zoe or selcon, and even some garlic extract. I would stay away from flake food its not as nutritous IMO as some of the frozen foods like formula one. I Have also heard that some flake foods have phosphates.
