I came home tonight and did not notice it at first. But after I fed my clownfish (false) I noticed the white band on top of their heads seemed to be turning a gray color. Like losing the coloring. I soaked their food in Zoe for the first time tonight. What do you think the problem is? They are acting normally otherwise. Someone said Brooklynella? I have not added anything to this tank for a few months except some nass. snails about 3 weeks ago. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a nutrition related problem . I would continue supplementing thier food ( I prefer selcon)and feeding a good variety and keep an eye on them . Brooklynella works rather rapidly . You can check www.wetwebmedia.com and www.fishbase.org for info on this disease . HTH.

I regularly use Selcon. This is the first time I've used Zoe. I also prefer the Selcon. They get fed a very good diet. Which doesn't make me think it's nutrition. All advice is appreciated. Thank you!

wow - first response on the new software - looks cool
Have you tested your water levels? Stress reactions to ammonia, for example, cause color changes. -Mike
