Exclamation Help - Naso Acting Weird

My naso (have had in same tankfor 10 months, eats well) IS acting strange, he is swimming a little off kilter and is darker than normal. I would he is about 10-20 degrees tilted to the side. I am checking params right now. Now new tank mates for over 7 months. No signs of any visible parasites. ANy ideas???

Just over a week ago, my naso quit eating anything at all. (Nori, spirulina, green and red macro algae, live brine, frozen brine, bloodworms and beefheart)
There was no sign of anything wrong other than he wouldn't eat. All the other fish in that tank (butterfly tank) have no problem showing at the time.
Not knowing what the problem might be, I was hesitant about removing the fish to quarantine for fear of stressing it too much. I opted to treat with vitamin C to help the fishes own system to fight off what ever was wrong with it. (4- 500 mg tablets 3 times a day in a 90g tank with 20g sump) Yesterday, the Naso started eating bloodworms a little, and today, he appears to be normal again.
I don't know that this will work for you but when all else fails to point in a direction for treatment, it's what I do.
I have noticed that the "belly" appears to have a bulge similar to what might be caused by a small "pea" being lodged in the stomache. Any experience with this condition?
