Question potentially really dumb plumbing question...

on my 125 gal drilled RR tank i have 1" BHs for drains and 3/4" returns in both overflows...

i wanna replace my flex tubing with flex (or hard) PVC...

regarding the drain BH thats in the overflow, how should i plumb the drain line so i can take the overflow BHs out in the future if needed...i guess i could throw a union right after the BH but then how do i get the BH out of the overflow when/if i break the tank down?...

    cut it out somehow?...

    does this make any sense?...

also, how long do i have to wait for PVC primer and cement to dry before letting water run thru it, the tanks all ready setup!...

    thanks

How bout just use thread x thread bulkheads and screw a slip x thread adapter in the bulkhead. Then if you decide to take it out in the future all you have to do is put a threaded plug in there
