Any New Ideas What This Is?

I posted photos of this creature over a year ago here, on RC and even with Dr. Ron, and no one has any idea what it is.

They seemed to be based in holes in LR, and they stick out these "fiberoptic" tentacles that reflect all different colors of light. They can retract them if touched.

Any new ideas?

They're a type of foraminiferans. Harmless filter feeders.
