Hey. Today I noticed some little white bumps on the side of my clown's head. About 3 little white bumps. No other bumps or markings found. My flame also had 3 tiny white looking bumps on the end of his tail fin. I don't know if they have been there or not. But the bumps on the head of the clown weren't there a few days ago. My 2 other fish are fine. What do you think it is and what would be a good treatment?

Sounds like ich.

Might want to supplement their food with garlic or selcon.

Make sure there are no stressors such as poor water chemistry, fish fighting, etc.
