    Hi Jim!

I have never heard of the product. Who makes it and what is it supposed to do for us? My guess is it is a food supplement?

    Thanks for any insight,
    Scott Z.

    Scott, and others:

Liquid Life BioPlankton is a phytoplankton mix of Nanochloropsis, Tetraselmis, and Isocyhyris algae. I think Rob Toonen looked at it, along with other similar products, in Marine Reef and USA 2002.

Couple semi-decent threads about it over at RC:

    Thanks for the links JT!

Hippopus, have you ever used DT's? I was wondering if you feel like your animals seem to enjoy the liquidlife more than DT's.

I have 2 small tank set up so that I can do something like test different products. Edward from Liquid Life USA gave me some to try and I did for 30 day in one tank with clams and the other small tank I used Dt's . Couldn't really tell much difference in the two but then again it was only 30 days. Dt's you can keep in the Frigs. but Liquid Life must be kept in the freezer.

    Scott,
    Barry,
Dts and Liquidlife are so far very close. But I think Liquidlife maybe cost effective.
