12" Squamosa from the Marshall Islands is the largest personal clam I own.
However, I just imported an 18" Gigas from the Solomon Islands that the Shedd Aquarium here in Chicago requested from us. I will have pics of this beauty tomorrow when I return from Florida. - JT |

I got the biggest.... on this thread. I got an 18-inches Gigas. I had him since 12/26/1997. He was a Christmas present from my wife. We got it from Saltwater City in Bellevue Washington. He moved across the county with me and is still with me today. Here is a picture of him 1 year ago.
