scubadude, My rose picked a spot mostly out of direct light from my 2x400w 10K MH/4x110w VHO, total 1240w. She is on the left front side of my tank with her base completely concealed out of the light and she stretches toward the front of the tank with some of her upper tenticals under the direct light, like maybe 10%. She basically opens forward toward the front glass as opposed to opening up towards the light. In this picture of the entire tank you can barely see the redness of my Rose BTA in the shadows to the left of the large center elegance. The Rose is near the bottom in the shadows right above the green star polyp rock sitting on the sand. It is difficult to see as she really likes to hang in the shadows and stretch for the direct light. I need to get a closer shot of her as this is the only recent picture of her and in reality you can't see her
BTW, this particular BTA was not a clone but collected in Guam. It has produced one clone so far.
