    Barry--those clams are spectacular!

    My next tank is going to contain a lot of clams.

    I don't know if any of you have encountered this, but when people would look at my clam, they invariably said they didn't know a clam could be so beautiful.

    Man I have had them that long? Dont seem like but I think its about right now that I think about it.
    The maxima has grown maybe 1" at most but the crocea has put on at least an inch Im pretty sure. Never really ever measured them. But can see the white growth ring at top of the shells.
    But I did slack off for 3 months on alk and cal but since getting it back up everything is really taking off in the last few weeks so I am sure the clams are also and started adding DTS every day again since I found a cheap source again.

    Glad that you are feeding them I have been also supplimenting with KORALvit F from the Knop Product Line. It is yeast base food and the clams love it.

    Yes I checked and it has been that long.

    You should know. I have been watching your site for crocea clams. Lately I have been seeing some really nice stuff at the LFSs, but the croceas are always a 1st grade and not much to look at.
