or was he scared? this afternoon I used a blue color wash cloth to clean the outside of the tank, my 4-inch Picasso Trigger seemed to be very agitated, he swam really fast to the other end, and when the cloth went close to him, he made a big turn and made a big splash of water out of the tank. That's the first time he did this to me in the 2 years I've kept him. I'm curious if anyone has an explanation of this behavior. is there a nature blue color predator of triggers ?

I also have a trigger and my guess would be he was just spooked, You have to remember that if the tank has bright lights he can't see anything outside the tank very well and putting something up to the glass probably spooked him.
My trigger will just sit and watch everything going on in the room but if I turn the lights out in the room but leave the lights on in the tank he gets a little spooked and tends to head for his favorite rock. My Lunare wrasse also gets agitated but its not as noticeable. |

My angel and tangs will hide if a strange person looks into the tank. I used to have a powder blue tang that would flare and then hide every time my son came near the tank. But he was fine with other strangers, even other men. Must have been something about his face that Tangy-Too didn't like.
