Thumbs up SOOO cool

Chuck,

Those are amazing pics! (I saw the crab -- pretty nifty). Hard to tell because they are such amazing close ups -- how big is the crab?

You guys are making me REALLY jealous w your cool digital cameras and outstanding photography.

Unfortunately I'm like Gene -- give me a good camera and I will STILL manage to take my thumb, not the "intended target!"

Between your pics and Kevin's in the next thread, I can see that I am going to have to CONSIDER taking the plunge to SPS, once I upgrade my lighting.

I need to find a cheaper hobby (or a "rich benefactor" -- as I said in the clam forum this am ala Anna Nicole Smith -- who just happens to have a frag farm!)

Thanks for sharing!

Rebecca

Taking picture of a thumb instead of the target seems to fit the description of my picture taking nice one Rebecca

This whole picture taking is driving me mad,I think I can take a halve dissent picture with point and shoot, its the close ups that giving me a pain.
Carefull with the benefactor Rebecca If you need some frags I'll send you what I've got (it's not much ) or,just come to one of our meetings(NJ reefers club).

Thanks guys ... lots of practice ... sometimes I must have too much free time on my hands to take the amount of pictures I do ... but just so you know, only a few make it saved on the computer, most do not make the cut for sure.

The Benefactor

ehhhh... I would never go through w it actually... totally not my style.

I have buds who are photographers, I keep telling them to give me "lessons"!

And I'm totally NOT ready for frags at the moment, but thanks! I just may stop in at an NJ meeting, if it's not too far north.

A digital camera may be just what I need though -- then nobody but me would see my "thumb gallery"!
