Lots of tidbit things but a few things that really stand out? An annual subscription to Aquaculture magazine, College text's on Oceanography, and cashola :-)

Well being unemployed (since Aug. 30th) had a very negative impact on my reef presents this year I usually get some very nice reef related items (last year I got the 3 vol. set of "Corals of the World" by Veron). I'm hoping to open my own LFS next year and MO frags so I'm kind of impatient to get this year behind me I did sell some frags to a nice gentleman from Montana though so at least I'm able to keep up on supplies for my reef.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and was able to buy themselves a reef related item if they didn't get one from Santa.

Merry Christmas and a better New Year!!
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

When you do open LFS,would you sell online as well?I have not been working for three years myself, but one good thing about it,I don't really have to.My wife makes enough money for me to stay home(I do help her from home with all PC related things) plus it's a health related issue anyway

This suturday is my birthday and I gave myself a present, ordered new skimmer AquaC EV120 for my 75 gal.My old Turboflotor is driving me crazy with Rio pump hooked up to it
Hope you all had great Chrismas and hope that New Year brings piece and prosperity to all reeflanders

Gene,
Yes I will. The SPS market in Spokane is not enough to keep up with my growth

Regards,
Kevin
PS: Happy birthday!

Just so you know Barry.... No one really likes you any more! I say this, as we are getting ready for more snow that we desperately need. We've finally got about 10 inches at the cabin.

How was the cruise? Trudy and I are quite jealous!

Doug the cruise was great. We were a little disappointed in the reef's in Aruba but the dive was nice. Took the film in today but the jury is still out on how the pictures will turn out as we noticed the water proof camera case had a leak in it

The weather was in the 80s EVERYDAY Had to say that.

I got my usual gift from my sister , get it every year . An undersea calender. No reefer should be without one.It really is my favorite gift every year , or maybe it's the casholer
Had to buy myself a new 3/4 sea swirl and a Mag 3600. Oh also had to replace a PFO EYE 400.

Didn't get anything reef related either. =(

I did tell my wife about the Algae book by Sprung... but, she couldn't find it. I also mentioned that I wanted a ebo heater w/ display. After wanting the Algae book and heater.... my wife really thought I was nuts. =D

Do post some pictures Barry. I've been on the Carnival Ecstasy for a cruise. Those ships are HUGE! My wife and I tried to get a Summer trip to Bonaire...but, it didn't happen due to my work schedule.

I've heard that Bonaire has amazing scuba/snorkeling.

Here's an underwater reef cam at bonaire in case you've never seen it.
