pump for refugium

I'm setting up a 65gallon refuguim to go on my 180, and I was wondering what pump I should use to feed it. I was planning on just using a MJ1200, but now I'm thinking maybe I should go with a Mag 3 or 5. Any thoughts?

If you using a pump to feed your refugium, I am assuming it is above your tank. Considering this, I would go with a Mag 5 since you will have the head to battle. Additionally, a 65gal is a good amount of volume and as where we want the flow to be lower in the refugium, we still need some.
