Red face Help with selecting Cleaning-Crew

I have a 10 gallon FOWLR and i was planning on getting my cleaning crew from JustPhish.com, which consists of Scarlet Hermits, Blue Legs, and Turbo Snails.

I have just noticed alot of people are now avoiding using Hermits for various reasons. So should I just go with snails?

The thing is my tank is nearing the end of the initial cycle so I have a fair amount of hair algae and other protruding algae growing from the rocks. I figure snails don't have the capabilities to trim these down, so should I still get hermits for now so they can scissor away and cut off all the stems?

I plan on getting a cleaner shrimp.. anyone know if these will mow away the hair algae?

Overall, what do you recommend my clean-up crew consist of for my 10-gallon FOWLR? If you can, specifiy what snails to get and what snails to avoid.

Thanks

Hermits are really personal preference. A lot of reefers exclude them because they will occasionally attack snails. Personally, I think they look cool, so I keep a few. The scarlets are supposed to be the least aggressive. I highly recommend these. I haven't really tried the blue legs.

I would get a mixture of snails. Ceriths and margaritas are great for cleaning your tank glass. I highly recommend both of these. Astreas are decent too. Nassarius will help keep your sand clean, and they are interesting to watch. They do need a sandy substrate though, I wouldn't get any if you have crushed coral.

Cleaner shrimp are very cool, but I don't think one would do mcuh of anything for your hair algae.
