Purple Moster Frag!!!

I recently fraged my Purple monster and send to a friend. When it got there it looked normal and the frag was mounted with super glue. Two days later the frag bleached, which was described to me as "skin was peeling of the skeleton" I'm assuming RTN, I know a while back people were having problems with PM frags bleaching, anybody have any suggestions or explanation why this happens??
Any info will be very useful to me.
Thanks in advance
Carlos

PS: We're both SPS keppers and our parameter are identical

The 2 things that IME trigger RTN are heat and too high of light intensity. Did he start it at the bottom of the tank? Was the temperature around 80F?

Very sorry to hear about the loss of such a sought after coral

Regards,
Kevin

According to my college, every precaution has been taken to acclimated right. The only thing that I can thing of is that it got toasted by another coral, but that apparently didn't happen. So I guess it is one of those weird occurances.
