Dual MH pendant

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a dual pendant that houses two bulbs side by side. I really mean side by side, right next to each other, say 6" apart..

I don't want them mounted like this -- -- I want them Like this l l

Anybody ever seen one? Anybody know where I might get one made?
