Clam sticks foot in mouth
I was sitting with my clams last night and noticed that my squamosa had something sticking out of his incurrent siphon. It looked like a semi-transparent excurrent siphon. I assume it was his foot or something but it sure didn't look good. He managed to suck it back in after about a half hour. What was it and why did he do it?
