Exclamation Parasite on Fish. Help on possible ID.

I need help with an ID and, if possible, a treatment of a parasite on a Puffer fish. The parasite is a white worm currently residing under the protective lense over its eye and in the tissue surrounding the eye. The worm is approximately 1-2mm thick and possibly 4-6 in. in length. Length is difficult to tell because a good deal of the worm is under the skin around the eye. The lense and the skin around the eye is being pushed up from the worm underneath it. Thanks in advance for any replies.
