More Clown Goby Pictures
My clown gobies were posing again tonight ...
Can you spot three clown gobies in this colony? And here is one of the Yellow Clown Goby protecting his eggs. ![]() |

let me play let me...
OK chuck, this one was MUCH easier than finding your blennie in the coral 2 clowns are on the left. One at the top, the other about 2 inches below, almost the lower left corner of the pic. The yellow forms the 3rd point (right hand) corner of a triangle from the other two. Pretty interesting how they have themselves arranged/perched... wonder if it's just where they decided to pose, or if there is any sort of pattern/intent there???? I NEED to get some of these guys! That is where they happen to live. The yellow gobies laid eggs on the right side. The green ones have laid eggs closer toward the bottom, although I haven't seen eggs from the green ones anymore. They are cute. I am mad at the yellow one though, I think when my coral has an RTN event, the yellow one tends to nip at the area where it receeds and doesn't allow the coral to get healthy again ... Just an observation I have been seeing lately as I have been having some coral issues (not that the clown gobies started the coral issues, but they certainly are not good for them once the coral starts having issues.). Thanks Rebecca .. |
