Pic of Spagetti Worm and Chiton
Does anyone have a picture of a spagetti worm and chiton for me to see and can explain how they are beneficial to my reef?

Hi Reeffantic!
Chitons are mollusks that eat on algae, sometimes including coralling algae. I think more often they come from "gulf" rock. Here is a link to a thread that has a picture:
I Have Chitons!!!!!!!!! I am attaching a picture of a Spaghetti Work (from ReefHawks Web Site). They are common additions to detritivore kits sold by some of the online retailers and make good sand stirrers and scavengers of particulate food and/or waste like other little dets. Regards, |
