Hey All,

In January I bought a Beautiful Wild Colony, That was Bright Baby Blue.

It had a couple of bad branches, so I fragged it up, and shared it around to see whose tank would keep the best color.

In most tanks it turned brown, with somewhat blue polpys.

The frags in my display tank, are mostly brown (under 175w 10K German)

I am getting slow moderate growth from then.

When I got my frag system going outside I tossed the bases from my mother colonies, all of which were brown in my display tank outside.

The purple changed back to purple from Feces Brown in about 48 hours.

The baby blue colony took 3 days to color up, rather than just 2.

This photo was taken today, it was overcast and grey, so the color is not as strong as usual, but you will get the idea.

No photoshop modifications.

Nice,Dave! No matter how hard we try, we can't replicate natural sunlight, I don't care how many watts the bulbs are
